Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead sales-floor merchandising, pricing, and recovery while coaching associates to meet performance goals. You’ll ensure accurate ticketing and brand-standard presentation and partner with Operations on incoming product.

The role emphasizes integrity, strong communication, and customer-focused service, with responsibilities across guiding staff, achieving KPIs, and maintaining safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Two years experience in retail (preferred).
• Experience supervising teams or associates and coaching for daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead store merchandising and pricing following direction and brand standards.
• Coach and train associates to execute merchandising standards.
• Maintain a well-recovered selling floor with clear product presentation.
• Support and partner with Operations on incoming product and replenishment.
• Utilize KPIs to inform store decisions and drive results.
• Handle key holder responsibilities including opening/closing store processes.
