Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead store merchandising, price integrity, and recovery efforts on the sales floor. You will coach associates, ensure brand standards, and partner with the Operations team to optimize product presentation and inventory flow.

The role emphasizes training, leading with integrity, and using KPIs to drive store results while maintaining safety and signage standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• 2 years experience in retail or similar industry (preferred).
• Experience supervising teams or associates and coaching to daily goals.
• Knowledge of product, supply chain, and in-store retail management.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising execution and customer service on the sales floor to standards.
• Coach and supervise associates in pricing, recovery and product presentation.
• Maintain well-recovered selling floor with clear, compelling displays.
• Replenish stock based on sell-through and seasonal changes; adjust as needed.
• Execute pricing changes, ticketing, and sign changes accurately.
• Partner with Operations on merchandising incoming product and efficiency.
• Key holder responsibilities include opening/closing store processes.
