Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead associates in delivering excellent customer service through strategic on‑floor merchandising, pricing and recovery. You will coach and develop the team while ensuring execution of merchandising processes.

Responsibilities include maintaining a well recovered selling floor, adjusting product presentation, executing pricing changes, and partnering with the Operations team. You will use KPIs to drive store results and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards following visual merchandising direction, accomplish product presentation and adapt as needed in partnership with the Merchandising Manager.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor where product is displayed clearly, understandably and is compelling to customers.
• Maintain appropriate levels of product on the sales floor by remerchandising and replenishing as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Coach, teach and train merchandising associates to accurately and efficiently execute company merchandising direction to brand standards.
• Execute pricing activities in store, ensuring price changes, sign changes and ticketing procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Support the training of associates on merchandising standards, product knowledge and tools adhering to Kohl’s brand standards.
• Support and partner with the Operations team on merchandising incoming product, ensuring efficient execution.
• Lead with integrity and foster teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture.
• Exercise good judgment and collaborate with partners as needed.
• Model, guide and provide direction to associates.
• Demonstrate and coach a customer service mindset, anticipating customer needs and resolving issues.
