Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Merchandising Lead to execute sales floor merchandising, pricing, and recovery while delivering exceptional customer service. As an expert in your departments, you will uphold brand standards and drive strong customer experiences daily.

Responsibilities include executing merchandising standards, replenishment, pricing tasks, and product protection. You will train associates and collaborate with leadership to optimize product flow and presentation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards following guidelines for product presentation.
• Maintain appropriate product levels on the sales floor through replenishment and remerchandising.
• Perform timely/accurate merchandising per company guidelines and brand standards.
• Execute pricing activities (price changes, sign changes, ticketing) accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to product protection standards and minimize product loss.
