Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2 years experience in retail or similar industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards per direction and adapt as needed with Merchandising Manager.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor that is clear and compelling to customers.
• Replenish and remerchandise based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Coach, teach and train merchandising associates on brand standards and processes.
• Execute pricing activities, ensuring accuracy of changes and ticketing procedures.
• Support training of associates on merchandising standards, product knowledge and tools.
• Collaborate with Operations on merchandising incoming product and execution.
