Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead associates in delivering exceptional customer service through on‑the‑floor merchandising, pricing and recovery. You will teach, coach and supervise staff while executing merchandising processes in partnership with the Merchandising Manager.

You will maintain a well recovered selling floor, stock levels, and accurate signage; train teammates on standards; collaborate with Operations; and use KPIs to drive store performance while modeling

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards following visual direction and adapt with Merchandising Manager.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor that is clear and compelling.
• Maintain appropriate product levels on the floor based on sell through and seasonality.
• Coach, teach and train associates to execute merchandising direction to brand standards.
• Execute pricing activities with accurate ticketing procedures.
• Support training of associates on merchandising standards and product knowledge.
• Partner with Operations on merchandising incoming product and execution.
• Lead with integrity and foster teamwork in an engaged culture.
• Model good judgment and provide direction to associates.
• Demonstrate a customer service mindset and resolve issues.
• Lead by example meeting individual goals and productivity metrics.
• Monitor loss prevention and ensure accurate pricing and signage.
• Adjust resources as needed when leader on duty.
• Use KPIs to drive store results.
• Open/close store processes and provide direction to staff.
