Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead associates in delivering excellent customer service through floor merchandising, pricing, and recovery. You will coach and develop staff while executing merchandising processes to meet brand standards.

You will support the training of associates, manage product presentation, and partner with the Operations team on incoming merchandise to ensure efficient execution.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2 years experience in retail or similar industry.
• Experience supervising teams or associates, including coaching to achieve daily performance goals.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards following visual merchandising direction and adapt as needed with Merchandising Manager guidance.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor with clear, compelling product display.
• Replenish inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels based on sell through and seasons.
• Coach and train merchandising associates to execute brand standards and merchandising direction.
• Execute pricing activities, ticketing, and sign changes accurately and efficiently.
• Support training on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools.
• Collaborate with Operations on merchandise intake and execution.
