Living Spaces Furniture in Menifee, CA is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead visual merchandising and warehouse logistics strategy, driving staffing, training, and lean inventory operations to keep the store showroom-ready and engaging.

You will develop the merchandising team, coordinate with store leadership and vendors, and ensure high standards of presentation while optimizing scheduling and performance. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and hands-on store experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, design, retail management, sales, or related field preferred.
• 5 years experience in direct customer interactive environment required; high volume.
• 3 years of management experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and Scheduling: Ensure the merchandising team is fully staffed to meet standard work expectations and optimize productivity.
• Training: Oversee training of all merchandising team members, including onboarding and selling model training.
• Store Experience: Ensure the store is Grand Opening Ready with top visual presentation and labeling standards.
• Guest Engagement: Train team to engage guests effectively throughout the store.
• Logistics and Warehouse: Maintain inventory accuracy and safe, efficient operations.
• Assessment and Performance: Conduct monthly evaluations and address gaps with action plans.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead the merchandising team to achieve goals and develop leaders.
• Partnerships and SOP: Collaborate with General Manager, Business Managers, Vendors, and IT; adhere to SOPs.
