Living Spaces in Menifee, CA is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead our merchandising team, optimize staffing and scheduling, oversee training, and ensure top visual presentation and lean inventory operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to boost store performance and guest engagement, ensuring a Grand Opening Ready standard across all displays and layouts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years in direct customer-facing work plus 3 years in management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, design, retail management, sales, merchandising or related field preferred.
• 5 years in a direct customer interactive environment; 3 years in management required.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and Scheduling: ensure qualified staffing and optimize productivity.
• Training: oversee onboarding, coaching, and training programs for merchandising staff.
• Store Experience: manage merchandising and labeling to achieve Grand Opening Ready standard.
• Guest Engagement: train team to sell and engage guests effectively.
• Logistics and Warehouse: maintain inventory accuracy and reduce losses.
• Team Leadership: build and lead the merchandising team to achieve goals.
• SOP Compliance: adhere to company policies and procedures.
