Living Spaces in Fremont, CA is seeking a Visual Merchandising Supervisor to maintain showroom readiness and ensure adherence to visual standards. You will lead Visual Stylists, plan resets, and uphold SOPs while collaborating with operations to keep inventory flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Three years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Visual Stylists and associates to ensure showroom readiness and safety.
• Plan, prioritize, and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly visual execution activities.
• Execute and uphold Visual SOPs, style guides, and merchandising standards across showroom areas.
• Partner with Operations to maintain accurate showroom inventory and efficient product flow.
• Provide day-to-day coaching, recognition, and corrective feedback to drive execution.
• Monitor showroom conditions and address visual or maintenance gaps impacting guest experience.
