Responsibilities include planning daily/weekly visual activities, enforcing SOPs, partnering with Operations, mentoring staff, and addressing maintenance gaps to protect the guest experience and presentation quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; strong retail background preferred.
• 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer environment.
• 3 years of supervisory experience required; leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Visual Stylists, ensuring showroom readiness and safety.
• Plan and communicate daily, weekly, monthly visual execution activities.
• Enforce visuals SOPs, style guides, and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with Operations to maintain accurate showroom inventory.
• Partner with Retail Managers and cross‑functional teams on store priorities.
• Provide day‑to‑day team leadership and real‑time coaching.
• Monitor showroom conditions and address gaps impacting guest experience.
• Support onboarding and training to ensure standard‑work adherence.
