Job summary

Living Spaces in Fremont, CA is seeking a Visual Merchandising Supervisor to uphold our visual standards, lead a team of stylists and technicians, and ensure the showroom remains guest-ready.

You will plan daily activities, execute SOPs, coordinate with Operations for inventory, and collaborate with store managers to align on priorities while coaching staff and maintaining safety and brand presentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 5 years retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Three years of supervisory experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; Tableau experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Visual Stylists, Service Technicians, and Janitorial partners to ensure consistent execution of visual standards and showroom readiness.
• Plan, prioritize, and communicate daily/weekly/monthly visual execution activities (resets, floor moves, maintenance).
• Execute and uphold Visual SOPs, style guides, and merchandising standards across showroom areas.
• Partner with Operations to ensure accurate showroom inventory and efficient product flow.
