Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, design, retail management, sales, or related field.
• 5 years experience in direct customer interactive environment.
• 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and Scheduling: ensure merchandising team is fully staffed and productive.
• Training: oversee training including onboarding, showrooms, and style guides.
• Store Experience: manage merchandising and visual presentation to be Grand Opening Ready.
• Guest Engagement: train team to engage guests effectively.
• Logistics and Warehouse: maintain inventory accuracy and safe environment.
• Assessment: conduct monthly standard work evaluations.
• Performance Management: address gaps and develop leadership skills.
• Team Leadership: lead the merchandising team to achieve goals.
• Partnerships: collaborate with General Manager, Business Managers, Allocations Team, Vendors, and IT.
