Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Visual Merchandising Supervisor to maintain showroom readiness and uphold visual standards across the store. This role ensures consistent SOP implementation, supports inventory accuracy, and teams with Retail Managers to align on store priorities and guest experience.

The supervisor will lead and coach a team, monitor conditions, and address gaps to protect brand presentation and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED alignment.
• 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Visual Stylists, Service Technicians, and Janitorial partners to ensure visual standards and showroom readiness.
• Plan, prioritize, and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly visual execution activities.
• Execute and uphold Visual SOPs, style guides, and merchandising standards for brand alignment.
• Partner with Operations to ensure accurate showroom inventory and efficient product flow.
