Qualifications

• 1+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Support selling, service and operations with emphasis on merchandising and display.
• Train the team on store processes, merchandise placement and standards; provide feedback.
• Participate as manager-on-duty and drive engagement across zones.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding and retaining top talent.
• Manage daily payroll, visual direction, planning, and stock levels; ensure safety and policy compliance.
