URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager for the FP Movement brand in Salem, NH, to lead selling, service and store operations. You will collaborate with leadership to create engaging events and a welcoming, wellness‑minded environment for customers.

You will drive team development, scheduling, and visual standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supports selling, service and operations to achieve an inspiring environment.
• Guides team to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations to meet store goals.
• Participates in recruiting, onboarding and retaining top talent to build bench for the store.
• Maintains daily operating standards, forecasts sales and supports scheduling and payroll.
• Ensures omni‑channel orders are processed timely and accurately.
