URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager in Nashville to lead in-store displays and brand storytelling. You will partner with the Display Artist and store leaders to craft engaging visual experiences that drive traffic and sales.

You will recruit, train, and mentor the display team, set clear objectives, and coach on processes, merchandising standards, and visual execution to elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills with a track record of financial results.
• Experience with floor planning and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Create an engaging visual experience aligned with brand standards and collaborate with Display Artist and Department Managers.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and training of display teams to develop talent.
• Manage visual direction from planning through execution within budgets and timelines.
• Assess store performance and drive sales with smart visual activations and risks.
• Oversee daily operations including payroll, safety, and inventory accuracy.
