CHANEL is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager for Saks New York to own the day-to-day VM activities in a flagship boutique, leading the VM team and ensuring displays reflect CHANEL brand standards and strategic direction. The role collaborates with boutique leadership to translate directives into client-centric environments that support business priorities.

Formación

• Demonstrated visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or similar client-centric environment.
• Experience leading, developing or coordinating a VM team within a boutique.
• Strong boutique-level execution skills translating strategy into polished displays.
• Collaborative communication style with boutique leadership and VM teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute VM activities within one boutique in a lighthouse market.
• Maintain and elevate the boutique image with impeccable presentation standards.
• Guide and develop the VM team with clear priorities and consistent working methods.
• Translate directives into engaging, customer-centric displays aligned with CHANEL brand.
• Provide timely feedback on implementation and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with boutique leadership to align VM with sales priorities and client needs.
• Support VM training and ongoing visual education for boutique teams.
