Qualifications

• Experience leading a VM team in a boutique, luxury retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day visual merchandising activities for a single CHANEL boutique.
• Own the boutique image, ensuring impeccable presentation across client areas.
• Develop and coach the VM team with clear priorities and standards.
• Translate strategic VM guidance into customer-centric displays.
• Provide timely feedback on execution and opportunities for improvement.
