Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. is seeking a Visual Merchandiser Manager for a single boutique on 57th Street. This role leads the boutique VM team, executes brand directives, and ensures presentation reflects CHANEL standards while aligning with senior VM strategy.

You will partner with boutique leadership to translate directives into customer-centric displays, develop the VM team, manage training, and adapt visuals to evolving business needs while maintaining impeccable brand image.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising within luxury retail or similar client-centric environment.
• Experience leading, developing or coordinating a visual merchandising team within a boutique or comparable retail environment.
• Strong boutique-level execution skills and the ability to translate strategic direction into polished, commercially relevant visual solutions.

Responsibilities
