Job summary

ALO seeks a Visual Lead in Brooklyn, NY to drive in-store visual merchandising and maximize sales in partnership with the Management Team. The role requires active movement on the sales floor and back of house, including shipments, restocking, and floor-set updates while maintaining brand standards.

You will coach associates, manage scheduling and payroll in collaboration with leaders, and use reporting tools to identify opportunities to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-centric sales experience.
• Able to receive and provide feedback.
• Self-motivated with result-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s guiding principles.
• Requires constant movement in-store and back-of-house.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, and stock management.
• Maintain visual presentation and adjust merchandising per directive with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll management and adapt to business needs.
• Execute visual direction from planning through budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
