Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a Merchandise Leader to join the Merchandising Team. You will be the right hand to ensure our store reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards, executes Floorsets, and updates marketing and merchandising to keep guests engaged.

You’ll train and coach the Floorset team, focus on replenishment, and collaborate with leadership to keep the store guest-ready. A passion for detail and a collaborative spirit are essential to #getthejobdone and #fresh.

Qualifications

• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills are required.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities are essential.
• Excellent time management and prioritization are important in this role.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring store reflects Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution through training and coaching the Floorset team.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Help maintain a guest-ready store and champion visual standards with the team.
• Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
• Ensure store safety standards and shrink-reducing practices.
