Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering flawless floorsets and fresh product presentation. You will train and coach the floorset team, ensure adherence to AEO Brand Standards, and drive replenishment and sell-through for guest-ready stores.

Qualifications

• Seasoned merchandising professional with strong floorset execution and visual standards.
• Experience training and coaching a floorset team to achieve productivity goals.
• Ability to optimize day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and sell-through.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team to achieve productivity goals.
• Ensure store reflects AEO Brand Standards and guest-ready merchandising.
• Drive day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments.
• Collaborate with leadership to game plan opportunities and take action.
• Champion guest experience and maintain safety and shrink-reduction practices.
