Job summary

AEO Cherry Hill Mall is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support Floorset execution, store updates and guest-ready standards, partnering with the Merchandising Team Leader to deliver on-brand visuals and a best-in-class guest experience.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, focus on replenishment and productivity, and uphold Brand Standards while fostering a positive, energetic store culture with strong teamwork.

• Ability to drive Floorset execution through coaching and clear goals.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution by training the Floorset team and maintaining standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Promote a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Maintain Brand Standards and ensure safety on the sales floor and stockroom.
