You will lead the display and merchandising processes, coach team members, and drive sales through compelling visuals, in-store strategies, and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills with a history of delivering financial results.
• Experience with floor planning.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as brand representative reflecting URBN values; partners with Display Artist and Department Managers on engaging visual experiences.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences that are engaging and efficient.
• Supports store operations through merchandising, activations, and organization to drive sales.
• Coaches team on store processes, product placement and display standards.
• Manages visual direction from planning to execution within budgets and timelines.
• Identifies opportunities through store reporting to maximize sales and improve customer experience.
