Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management.
• Experience delivering compelling product presentations and store layouts.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive team performance.

Responsibilities

• Own store objectives and drive key metrics through team leadership.
• Lead product presentations and signing per directives; assist inbound deliveries.
• Execute sale sets and price changes; prepare signs and monitor promotions.
• Communicate goals daily and build team knowledge.
• Plan weekly workload with labor estimates using planograms.
• Adapt to forecast changes and reallocate resources.
• Support onboarding and ongoing learning for associates.
• Foster positive culture and recognize achievements.
• Enhance in-store customer experience and stock replenishment.
• Lead omni and operations processes with safety and security.
