Job summary

H&M in Billings, MT is seeking a Visual Keyholder to lead visual merchandising and customer service on the sales floor. You will guide staff to deliver an inspiring shopping experience while maintaining the brand's visual identity and standards.

You will report to the Store Visual Manager and collaborate on floor moves, campaigns, and training. The role requires flexibility, physical work, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service passion and ability to help customers find their style.
• Willingness to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on sales floor and windows per the Commercial Handbook.
• Drive sales and implement Visual Identity in the store.
• Meet customer service expectations and help create an excellent experience.
• Maintain visual props and ensure consistent branding across areas.
• Assist with opening/closing, timekeeping, and store operations when needed.
• Coach and develop the store team on visual merchandising.
