Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Billings, MT to execute visual standards and drive commercial excellence. You will curate styling, support campaigns, and coach the store team to deliver an inspiring customer experience.

Keep up with fashion trends, manage window and floor displays, stock levels, signage, and in-store communication in line with global guidelines. Collaborate with Store Management and the Area Visual Manager to ensure consistent, brand-aligned storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to omni customer experience through visual and commercial curation.
• Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions.
• Organize workload according to store activation plan with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and assist with allocation input.
• Follow procedures for OMNI services and store operations.
