Job summary

Zara USA, Inc. in Greenwich seeks a Visual Commercial to execute the brand’s merchandising and commercial strategy while maintaining an attractive store image. You will analyze local trends, stock replenishment, and product presentation to attract customers and drive sales.

You will lead and train store staff, coordinate space and layout with Department Manager, and ensure a high standard of customer experience across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising and retail analysis within fashion or apparel environments.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities for store teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute commercial strategies and maintain store image.
• Review news, coordinate store/warehouse rotations and placements.
• Align store layout to customer profile and optimize space for products.
• Support replenishment, stockroom capacity, and inventory analysis.
• Deliver high level customer experience through merchandising standards.
• Train and develop sales staff and collaborate with department managers.
• Assist with store operations and approvals for returns as needed.
