The role requires hands-on merchandising, upkeep of store aesthetics, and collaboration with store leadership while maintaining high standards for signage and showroom presentation. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in retail store visual merchandising.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Implement visual merchandising strategy to meet sales and financial objectives.
• Create visually appealing store displays and coordinate layout for furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Remerchandise displays, signage, and select areas to maximize sell-through.
• Maintain store appearance and assist in repair/maintenance with store management.
