Ashley Furniture is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to design and implement engaging store displays and interior layouts, coordinating furniture, lighting, and accessories to enhance the customer shopping experience.

You will maintain displays, update signage, and ensure visual standards are met while collaborating with Visual Leadership and store staff. Flexibility with hours and physical activity are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail store visual merchandising.
• Ability to lift objects over 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to transport loads of 100 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Implement a visual merchandising strategy to support sales and financial objectives.
• Create visually appealing store displays and coordinate layouts for furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Remerchandise displays, signage, and floor plans; manage bi-annual inventory coordination.
