Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to create engaging store displays and layouts that enhance the shopping experience. Under Visual Leadership you will design merchandise presentation, stock, signage, and seasonal transitions to support sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Implement a visual merchandising strategy that helps achieve the Company’s sales volume and financial objectives.
• Execute visually appealing store displays and coordinate layouts for furniture, lighting and accessories; transition seasonal products.
• Remerchandise displays, signage, POS, and areas to maximize sell-through; communicate with Visual Management on sold items.
• Maintain store interior/exterior appearance; assist with repairs and maintenance of lighting, fixtures, paint, flooring, etc.
• Check-in and unpackage accessory shipments; coordinate tagging and showroom placement; participate in inventory.
• Adhere to visual standards; ensure AV items comply with standards and involve staff in maintenance.
• Develop knowledge of all products, promotions, and store functions; stay updated on fashion trends.
• Mentor staff on merchandising basics and communicate visual standards.
• Coordinate with store manager on tasks, visual needs, incoming products, POS materials.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by management.
