lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring company VM strategies to life in-store, ensuring on-brand product storytelling and compelling displays that guide guest journeys. You will coordinate with leadership to optimize the floor experience and execute window activations, signage, and seasonal changes.

The role favors candidates with retail or sales experience and exposure to visual/commercial design disciplines, including fashion or interior design.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guest experiences through brand standards and product placement strategies.
• Execute VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal changes.
• Provide feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards and visual display techniques.
