Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to translate VM strategies into engaging on‑floor presentations and fashion storytelling. You will style displays, manage product changes, and support a world‑class guest experience aligned with brand standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with store leadership, strong attention to detail, and the ability to travel to assigned stores as needed to optimize visual storytelling and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in key product stories and store navigation.
• Execute powerful product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive sell‑through.
• Execute VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal merchandise changes.
• Connect with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs.
• Provide direct feedback and training related to brand standards and visual display techniques to teammates.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
