Target is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to ensure compelling product presentation and guest experience at our Hawthorne store. You will lead visual moments, mannequin styling, and ISM elements to drive sales while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience, strong trend awareness, and the ability to collaborate with store teams. This is a fast-paced, in-store role with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Business acumen and creativity to drive sales.
• Strong understanding of trend and style for our brand.
• Ability to communicate across multiple devices.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leaders.
• Execute weekly visual assessments and improve displays.
• Maintain and elevate visual standards across the store.
• Support and implement the Visual Merchandising strategy.
• Provide onboarding support and training to teammates.
• Ensure safe, efficient operations during shifts.
