ALO seeks a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through effective visual merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. The role collaborates with Operations & Visual Managers to delegate tasks, provide feedback, and ensure a clean, inviting store environment.

Expect active movement on the sales floor and back-of-house, with strong focus on guest experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership with ability to coach and develop staff.
• Receptive to feedback and able to provide guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage key operational functions: shipment, receiving, and stock management.
• Maintain product presentation and update visual merchandising per directive.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll and business needs.
• Execute visual direction from planning to budgeting and timelines.
• Use reports to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
