Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through strategic visual merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager. The role oversees shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor sets, and stock management, while maintaining compelling product presentation and merchandising standards.

As a full-time leader, you will collaborate with Operations & Visual Manager on budgets, reporting, and vendor relationships, and you will coach associates to deliver exceptional guest

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates and supply management.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising with restock, destock and visual changes per directive and with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll management and adapt visual support to business needs.
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution to meet company expectations, budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels and adjust as needed.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendor relationships, and facilities.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team and guest needs.
• Lead by example, coach associates, and drive customer experience and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business is well-executed.
