Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through expert Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. The role requires dynamic movement on the floor and collaboration with Operations & Visual Managers to optimize product placement and stock levels.

The Visual Lead will guide team members, coordinate floor sets, and ensure visual standards are upheld while supporting budgeting, scheduling, and daily store operations to deliver exceptional guest

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities and decision making.
• Values feedback and is eager to provide feedback.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results for self and team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement around all areas of store.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Able to lift, bend, climb and stand for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, and stock management.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising per directives with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll considerations to support business needs.
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning to execution within budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities for product placement and stock optimization.
