Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead in Cerritos, CA to drive sales and profitability through expert merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. This role requires movement on the sales floor and back of house, with leadership duties including coaching Associates and managing visual standards.

You will partner with Operations and Visual Managers on budgets, inventory and reporting while ensuring guest needs are met and the store maintains a clean, inviting environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Values feedback and provides constructive input.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Able to move continuously through store duties and stay active.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers and replenishment.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising per directives.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll and adjust zones to business needs.
• Execute visual direction from planning through budgets, timelines and standards.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock.
