Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Visual Sales Lead to deliver an inspiring shopping experience in our Dallas, TX location. You will promote the Frontgate brand with a stellar team, guiding store programs, increasing sales, and exceeding expectations.

You report to the General Manager and work on floor sets, merchandising, and guest satisfaction daily. The role requires 3+ years in retail leadership, a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends/holidays), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry or equivalent leadership roles.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and mobilize up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply company visual merchandising standards and concepts.
• Collaborate on floor sets, window displays, and inventory replenishment to create an extraordinary guest experience.
• Be the sales supervisor and oversee daily activities as scheduled to ensure floor coverage and goal awareness.
• Provide performance feedback to management based on store observations.

As a Visual Sales Lead, you will deliver an inspiring shopping experience in which our guests feel inspired and empowered to customize their space. You will promote the Frontgate brand at every guest encounter and ensure your stellar team exemplifies brand values, standards, and experiences. Your leadership will guide company programs, increase sales and set your store to exceed all expectations.

You will report to the General Manager

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Dallas, TX, location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Store Hours Mon - Thurs: 10am - 6pm | Fri - Sat: 10am - 7pm | Sun: 12pm - 6pm

What You'll Do

• A clear understanding of company visual merchandising standards and concepts
• Work collaboratively on floor sets, window display planning, and replenishment of inventory to create an extraordinary guest experience.
• Be the sales supervisor and oversee daily activities as scheduled by management to ensure floor coverage and goal awareness.
• Provide relevant performance feedback to the management team based on observation of the store team.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry but not required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for floor-set execution.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems.

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
