Lincoln Motor Company, as part of Ford’s Digital Product Design initiative, seeks a Visual Design Lead to shape the look and feel of in-vehicle, connected devices, and mobile experiences. You will codify visual languages, mentor teams, and partner with engineering to ensure high-quality execution.

The role requires a strong design portfolio, 6+ years in Visual UI/UX, and a collaborative mindset to advance brand and product experiences across digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with strong design foundations.
• 6+ years in Visual UI/UX design for complex digital products and brands.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design for interactive contexts.
• Experience in highly collaborative cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the look and feel across in-vehicle, digital, and connected experiences.
• Define and guide visual and motion design standards for Digital Product Design.
• Collaborate with UX designers to deliver on-brand digital experiences.
• Develop exemplar work products in visual design and prototyping.
• Elevate presentation, prototyping, and visual execution with engineering teams.
• Participate in design reviews, providing constructive guidance to quality products.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and teams.
• Leverage consumer research and automotive knowledge to evolve the visual language.
