Job summary

Ford Motor Company, leading Ford’s Digital Product Design Team, seeks a Visual Design Lead to reshape in-vehicle and digital interfaces. You will guide the visual language across vehicles, connected devices, and mobile apps, ensuring cohesive, high-impact experiences.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with researchers, designers and engineers, and contribute to brand-wide design systems while driving innovative, consumer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UI/UX design, digital product design or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of dedicated Visual UI/UX design experience for complex digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design skills for digital products and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Establish and codify the Look and feel of Ford and Lincoln digital experiences in-vehicle and beyond.
• Define and guide standards for visual and motion design and create guidelines.
• Collaborate with UX designers to deliver high-quality on-brand experiences in the digital space.
• Lead development of exemplar work products in visual design.
• Elevate presentation and prototyping through visual and motion execution.
