Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company, in Ford's Digital Product Design ecosystem, seeks a Visual Design Lead to shape in-vehicle and digital experiences across brand touchpoints. You will define look, feel, and motion standards, mentor designers, and collaborate with engineers to ensure high-fidelity visual execution.

You bring 6+ years of visual UI/UX design for complex digital products, a strong portfolio, and proven leadership in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UI/UX design, digital product design or related field.
• Strong visual design and brand language capabilities.
• 6+ years in Visual UI/UX design for complex digital products and consumer brands.
• Experience working within highly collaborative creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and codify the look and feel of the Ford and Lincoln digital experiences (in-vehicle and beyond).
• Define, create, and guide visual and motion design standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with UX designers to deliver high-quality, on-brand digital experiences.
• Lead development of exemplar work in visual design.
• Elevate presentation and prototyping through visual and motion execution.
• Partner with engineering to ensure high-standard visual design execution.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage communication with internal stakeholders.
• Leverage consumer research and automotive knowledge to evolve visual language.
