Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Visual Design Lead to drive the visual language and design system across engagements. You will guide concepting, craft, and production, aligning brand strategy with measurable impact while mentoring peers.

You’ll work across product design, UX, and engineering, leveraging AI-enabled methods to accelerate delivery and elevate visual outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role within a creative studio environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Visual Design across industries.
• Experience leading visual design engagements end‑to‑end.
• Strong ability to define design language, systems, and output.
• Hands-on in tools like Figma and creative suites; able to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual design direction on engagements from concept through delivery.
• Translate briefs and brand strategy into compelling visual languages.
• Define and defend high visual craft standards across brand identities, design systems, and UI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in agile environments to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Embed AI workflows to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production.
