Accenture Song in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Art Director to shape brand solutions and visual systems from concept through delivery. This onsite role blends hands-on design work with leadership across an interdisciplinary agency team, partnering with UX, copywriters, strategists, and development to produce solutions that are on brand and ready for stakeholder review.

Qualifications

At least 6 years in an agency environment.
Portfolio showing at least 4 years of compelling visual solutions.
At least 4 years using Photoshop and Illustrator.
At least 3 years using Sketch, Adobe XD, and/or Figma, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.
At least 3 years of cross-channel content creation across social, email, and digital.

Responsibilities

Own visual concepts and solutions and address creative challenges.
Oversee hands-on creation of visual designs and systems, including typography, logos, and icons.
Apply design principles across color, typography, photographic selection, and layout.
Concept and design solutions that align with the brief, stay on brand, and leverage brand guides.
Author new brand styles and guidelines.
Direct designers, production staff, and vendors to fulfill the creative vision.
Prepare flawless deliverables for handoff to developers, producers, and clients.
Present and defend solutions to creatives, UX, developers, and clients.
Lead and mentor junior designers and art directors to support growth.
Lead brand style workshop sessions and collaborate across disciplines.
Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
