Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Visual Design Associate Manager to drive high‑fidelity visual design across brands, products, and experiences. You will guide concept development, craft design systems, and mentor junior designers while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

You will leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and production, while maintaining pixel-perfect quality and client alignment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Visual Design spanning a range of industries, brand types, platforms, and visual contexts.
2+ years contributing to visual design engagements end-to-end, from concepting through production-ready delivery.
Experience delivering high-fidelity visual work with pixel-perfect deliverables and developer-ready specs.
Experience with mentoring and guiding junior designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute visual design direction across engagements, ensuring quality, cohesion, and timely delivery.
Translate briefs and brand strategy into compelling visual executions with an original point of view.
Produce brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, illustration, and digital UI with strong craft.
Lead or support client conversations, defend design rationale, and grow a trusted creative voice.
Use AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production within the team.
