Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Visual Design spanning a range of industries, brand types, platforms, and visual contexts.
• 4+ years leading visual design engagements end-to-end from concept to production-ready delivery.
• 3+ years directly managing or coaching visual designers.
• Experience in agile and cross-functional environments with product designers, PMs, engineers, and strategists.
• Hands-on in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; comfortable with AI design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual design direction on engagements from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and cohesion.
• Translate brand strategy and audience insights into clear, compelling visual languages.
• Define creative direction while staying close to the work and delivering high-quality outputs with the team.
• Document how AI reshapes visual design workflows and quantify impact on delivery and performance.
• Collaborate with account leads to identify new opportunities and shape client perspectives.
