Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Visual Design Associate Manager to lead design direction across engagements, shaping the aesthetic language and design system with a strong craft standard. You’ll mentor junior designers while partnering with product, engineering, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive experiences.

You will work in a fast‑paced, agile environment, applying UX principles to guide users and ensure consistency across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Visual Design spanning a range of industries, brand types, platforms, and visual contexts.
• 2+ years contributing to visual design engagements end-to-end, from concepting and visual strategy through to production‑ready delivery.
• Producing brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, illustration, and digital UI with a strong visual voice.
• Delivering high‑fidelity visual work with pixel‑perfect deliverables and developer‑ready specs.
• Experience providing feedback and informal guidance to junior designers and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Comfort using AI tools in visual design practice and evolving workflows.

Responsibilities

• Shape the visual design direction on engagements from concept through delivery with aesthetic cohesion and on‑time quality.
• Translate briefs, brand strategy, and audience insights into compelling visual executions and defend an original visual point of view.
• Produce design across brand identities, systems, typography, motion, illustration, and digital UI with craft and attention to detail.
• Own your workstream, make deliberate design decisions, and deliver production‑ready output with minimal redirection.
• Engage in client conversations, clearly communicating design rationale and building trust as a creative voice.
