Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Visual Design Associate Manager to lead visual design across client engagements and internal programs. You will shape aesthetic language, design systems, typography, motion, and digital experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.

You will mentor junior designers, embrace AI-enabled workflows, and contribute to the craft community within a studio-like environment at Accenture Song. This role emphasizes client relationships and brand impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Visual Design across industries.
• 2+ years contributing to visual design engagements end-to-end, from concepting through production-ready delivery.
• Producing brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, illustration, and digital UI with strong visual voice.
• Delivering high-fidelity visual work with pixel-perfect deliverables and developer-ready specs.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and guiding craft and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Shape visual design direction on engagements from concept through delivery.
• Translate briefs, brand strategy, and audience insights into compelling visuals.
• Produce high-quality visual design across brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, and digital UI.
• Own and deliver your workstream with minimal redirection.
• Use AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production.
• Present design rationale to clients and stakeholders.
• Document AI-driven workflow improvements for the practice.
• Support proposals and case studies with project work and design narratives.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the Visual Design Craft community.
