Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Visual Design Lead to guide the visual design direction across engagements, from concept to delivery. You will set the brand’s visual language, craft a design system, and ensure pixel-perfect output while mentoring a team of designers.

You’ll shape creative direction, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI tools to accelerate concepts and production, driving measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Visual Design spanning multiple industries and contexts.
• 4+ years leading visual design engagements end-to-end, from concept to delivery.
• 3+ years directly managing or coaching visual designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual design direction on engagements from concept through delivery.
• Translate briefs, brand strategy and audience insights into compelling visual languages.
• Set and defend high visual craft standards across brand identities, design systems, typography, motion and digital UI.
• Work hands-on with the team to produce high-fidelity visuals and developer-ready specs.
• Embed AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration and production while maintaining craft integrity.
• Contribute to client conversations with strategic visual narratives and design rationale.
• Support business development through case studies and thought leadership.
